Director of Marketing
We are seeking a Director of
Marketing who would be responsible for all marketing activities
and sales communications. This position reports to the VP
of Sales & Marketing
(VP-SM) and interfaces with the Director of Sales, Regional
Sales Managers (RSMs), Territory Managers, Independent
Reps, International Distributors, Customers, Advertising
and PR Firms, Engineering and others in the company to
accomplish goals in marketing and sales. This position
is directly responsible for all marketing product management
activities, market research, marketing plans, trade shows,
marketing communications, and sales support. As a one-person
department, duties and responsibilities will be broad-based
ranging from clerical duties to strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:
- A college or university degree is required. Additional
educational background in business practice or sales is
desirable.
- A minimum of three years experience in a marketing and/or
sales support capacity is required. Experience in an organization
supporting medical device products is highly desirable.
- Must be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office
and/or other similar software packages. Familiarity with
Power Point and Desktop Publishing is highly desirable.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication
skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with overnight travel (1 week per
month minimum).
- Should have a good understanding of effective sales presentation.
